Welcome to “The Prospect” – April 2018
Some Highlights: Heritage Conservation Areas aim to protect, for the long-term, selected buildings, streetscapes and natural topography. This area has the highest concentration of heritage houses in Oak Bay—a total of 20 designated or registered homes and structures—and a rich social history, including famous architects and politicians, scandals and survivors.
