Please join The Heritage Conservation Area Working Group to learn more about what a Heritage Conservation Area might look like, and to explore possible options, policies and guidelines for a proposed Heritage Conservation Area in the neighbourhood bounded by Oak Bay Avenue, Beach Drive, Prospect Place, San Carlos Place and York Place.

The Heritage Conservation Area Working Group is a volunteer citizen body appointed by Council in October 2017. Residents are encouraged to attend and to provide input and feedback.
